Where’s My eCard?

Please note, if you did not take your training through our facility or through an instructor that is affiliated with our training facility, we will not have access to your information or eCard.

***If you did not self-pay for your course, please verify with your employer that your invoice has been paid in full. We do not issue cards until payment has been received. This can take up to 30 days. ***

Claiming Your eCard Online:

To access your eCard, click on the link below and enter your information. Please note, you must enter the email address that you were registered under.

AHA eCards verification (heart.org)

If you did not register yourself and are unable to locate your eCard, please contact the person that registered you for the class to determine which email address was used for registration. Some businesses have all eCards issued directly to Human Resources.

Claim Your eCard Via Email:

You will receive an email from eCards@heart.org with a link inviting you to claim your eCard online. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Complete the survey on the course you just completed. Your answers to these questions will help improve the quality of future AHA training.
After you complete the survey, your eCard will display. You can save or print your eCard.
Once your eCard has been claimed, you will receive an email notification; please save this confirmation email for your records.
Claiming your eCard is the only way you can show proof of course completion to your employer.

Claim your eCard via SMS text:

Opt-in to claim/view your eCard by texting “eCard” to the number 51736.
If the message is sent correctly, you will receive instructions via text message on how to claim your eCard.
If you attempt to opt-in and your number is not in the system, you will receive a message that your phone number was not found.

If you are still unable to locate your eCard and you have verified that you were not registered under a different email address, please contact info@cprcenter.com so we can verify that the spelling of your email address was entered correctly.

“LOST” eCard:

If you have already claimed your eCard, you will always have access to all your certifications through the American Heart Association website. This means you can never actually lose your eCard. Click the link below to enter your information and access your eCard. (Note: you must enter the email address you were registered under)

If you’ve lost a printed copy of your eCard and would like another, you can search for your eCard on the AHA website using the link above. You will then be given an option to view a full-size version or wallet version of your eCard. From there, you can print a copy for your own personal record or email a copy to your employer.
